# Changed File after Installed

 * Why am I receiving notices from Wordfence that /wsdesk/views/settings/crm_settings_premium.
   php has been changed?
 * I look at the files hosted on WordPress.org and compare them with what is installed
   on my site and find there is actually a difference on line 37 and line 115.
 * What I find on WordPress.org for both lines is this:
    `<a class="button button-
   primary" href="https://livedemo.wsdesk.com/" target="_blank"><?php _e('See Live
   Demo of Pro Version','wsdesk'); ?></a>`
 * What I find installed on my site is this:
    `<a class="button button-primary" 
   href="http://livedemo.wsdesk.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wsdesk_settings" target
   ="_blank"><?php _e('See Live Demo of Pro Version','wsdesk'); ?></a>`
 * There are a few concerns I have about this. How are you changing files in your
   plugin after I install it on my site which makes it not match with what I can
   download from WordPress.org?
 * Have you had me agree to allow you to make internal changes to my website, inconsistant
   with the free plugin hosted on WordPress.org?
 * Why would you want to put a link into my site that points to one of your admin
   pages? I’m not following that link because I don’t know what you have put there.
 * I do note that you changed the link also from https:// to http:// Why?
 * Please explain this change.

 * We recently changed the link to our live demo website. The one you find in the
   wordpress.org site is the current link to our live demo. We did not change the
   version for this minor change hence you are not getting the notice to update 
   to the new version. Therefore, there is a minor code difference between your 
   plugin and the one in wordpress repo.
 * We DO NOT edit our plugin’s code on customer site without their permission and
   we have not taken any such consent from you.
 * The link directs you to a live demo of WSDesk where user’s can try our premium
   version before they decide to buy it. It is completely safe.
 * The change you see does not affect the working of WSDesk in anyway, it is only
   a marketing content change. If you want to get rid of the notice, you can delete
   WSDesk and download a new copy of the plugin.

 * Something you should consider before making a change and not changing the number
   to invoke an update is that many, MANY people use security plugins that compare
   files in the repository with what is on a website. That plugin will send notifications
   to the people running those websites.
 * They have to make decisions based on what they know about the plugin being reported.
   Without notice of a change, people (given knowledge of recent plugins that have
   been used maliciously) become concerned about what is going on with the plugin
   being reported.
 * Consider the problems you can cause website owners unnecessarily by just changing
   files in the current version of your plugin without letting people know there
   have been changes.
 * Please do an update on the number of your plugin. I run over 100 sites I have
   your plugin on. I shouldn’t have to go and delete the one on my site to get rid
   of that notice. You should update your plugin so that others don’t have to wonder
   what you did.
