Changed Domain Name in Settings and now can't accesses dashboard

Hi,

I change the domain name in my settings and now can’t access my dashboard or the website at all. My site was http://66.147.244.203/~elisteff/elisteffencom/ and I changed it to elisteffen.com which is currently an old, non-WP website I was trying to update. Now all I can access is the old website.

Can some please help me access my wordpress dashboard so I can properly register my domain. I have all the content save, but would really like to not have to rebuild the website. I was using a Pro Studio theme is that matters.
