Wording on invoice page and required fields

First things first, great plugin!
Am intergrating this into a website but am trying to figure out how to change some wording on the invoice page. For example;
from
Welcome, NameName!
We have sent you invoice xxxxxx with a balance of $xxxxxxxx.to something like
Dear, NameName!
This is your invoice, Ref: xxxxxx with a pending balance of $xxxxxxxx.and also is it possible to make the client’s phone number and address fields a required and obligatory to fill in before the client is allowed to proceed and process payment?
