    Hi!

I noticed that Yoast SEO added “Author at” in front of my website’s title on the browser tab for the author’s page.
Using a string locator, I found that it appeared in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/options/class-wpseo-option-titles.php

I changed the word ‘Author’ to something else, but it is not reflecting.

Is it changeable? Am I missing something?

    Thanks in advance!

@tjos123, Yoast SEO has an option to edit this string. You can edit it from SEO > Titles & Metas > Archives(tab) > Author archives settings.

Hi @suascat_wp, thanks for your reply.

I am not seeing that option. Does it only belong to the paid version?

It seems you’ve not yet enabled the Advanced Settings for this option to be visible and accessible from the SEO menu. If so, you can follow this guide. I hope you will now be able to find the option as instructed before.
