# Change wordpress Upload Directory

 * Hello,
    I found the setting to change the upload directory of wordpress in Settings–
   > Media.

 * For example if I change the default upload directory from /public_html/wp-content/
   uploads to /public_html/uploads/ will be able to retain the previous uploads 
   uploaded to /public_html/wp-content/uploads.

 * I read the tutorial but will be able to use the earlier uploads that were uploaded
   to /wp-content/uploads/
