Hi, I have opened a MailPoeat account while the WP website was in development in a temporary domain.ORG

Now we have moved the website to its final domain.IT

Is there something I need to do in MailPoet settings to make it work with the website in the new domain?

I have changed the account email to one @domain.it, and I am able to correctly login using it, but in my main panel, I still see my domain.ORG as account name.

    Hi there @namenobodyuses,

You can change the associated domain for the plan/license and activate it on the new site/domain by following the steps in our guide here:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/249-how-to-change-the-domain-associated-with-a-key

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks for reply!

I don’t have a “Upgrade, cancel or reset domain” button, though.

My account seems still “Under review”. This could be the cause, maybe?

    Hi there,

Yep, that could certainly explain it — if the account is under review, I believe the option to change domains would not be available.

Please let us know the domain of the site, and we can check on that / send an email directly to your account email address.

Alternatively, if you’ve received our email about the account review, please reply directly to that email regarding this, and we can help with next steps.

    Thank you!

Hi, I have opened a new free plan for the current domain (.it) and it is currently under review. I have replied to the email regarding the new plan for .it domain as you suggested. Thank you.

Of course, will delete the other plan (.org), if possible.

    Hey again!

Thanks for getting back to us. We will continue this discussion (if needed) via email in our support inboxes, as this relates to MailPoet Sending Service and not the plugin.

    Have a great one!
