Usernames on the WordPress.org site itself cannot be changed.
If you really want to start using a new username, it would be best to just register the new name. We can also mark your old account as inactive if you request it in a reply here using that account.
So I have also changed the email. But still I do not want to allow re-registration with [removed from public forum]. You can look at it, please. Why do not register?

You can’t have two accounts here with the same email address. You will need to change the email address on the account you don’t want first.
I had on that account changed. I’m there now and I still [removed from public forum] the second email is not entered. And I know that I can not have two accounts with one email.

As for the email address you listed, it’s not in use here, so you can change your email address to that.
So I’m still setting up a new account with the address: [ email redacted ] writes: “Email already exists” so I have some time to wait. Before it disappears everywhere? Or it does not work? I really do not know already, everywhere I turned.

Rather than trying to sort out the multiple account issue here (and don’t post your email again), please send forum-password-resets [at] wordpress.org an email with this info.
1. The account URL that you want to use in the forums and the email currently assigned to that account.
2. The account URL that is now inactive and the email assigned to that inactive account.

Once you sign up to an account on WordPress.org using an email address, that email address cannot be used on another account.
According to what someone else wrote here. Thus, it is possible to change the email.
And I’m doing with WordPress and I definitely think that somehow it goes somewhere rewrite. And the bill where it has been used, then I changed the email account and I let deactivated. So just do not be a problem, the email set up there.

If you’re having the same issue as the other person then follow the instructions. You are asking to circumvent a limitation on the forum software, and I think that limitation was put in for a good reason.
