I setup a live recipe which requires a user to be logged in as a subscriber.

Thereafter, the user submits a form (a contact form 7 form) and the ‘change users role to a new role’ should fire but none seems to be working.

I created a custom role using the ‘User Role Editor’ Plugin.

    Please help?

    Hi @idipojosh ,

I’m afraid this did need a change on our side. The user ID was returning 0 so it was skipping your trigger.

Here is a link to a modified file: https://we.tl/t-8bI0CwD2uJ. You can upload that by FTP, replacing the existing version, at this path:

    wp-content\plugins\uncanny-automator\src\integrations\contact-form7\triggers

Let us know if that doesn’t resolve things for you. We’ll include the fix in the next release.
