Change User Level – not just ‘Role’

Hi,

I would like to change the user level of a specific user in my users list. However, all I can see is to change the “role”. None of the roles have the specific credentials I want for this user. I need user level 5 and that is somewhere between Administrator and Editor.

I want the user to be able to create/edit their own pages but not delete or change existing ones. They should also not have access to change plugins and such… This user is abusing her rights, therefore I’m bumping her down. Editor doesn’t have enough capabilities for her, but administrator has too many.

Can I even do this in WP 2.2.1?
