change url of cart widget button

    Hi I have a woocommerce cart widget in the header of my page (www.freshfolds.nl) when you hoover over the icon, it states there are no product in the cart with a button below that states go to shop. How can I change the URL of this button. I would like to refere it not to the standard woocommerce shop page but to a static page (www.freshfolds.nl/start)
