# Change Upload path?

 * Hello everyone!
 * Heres another random question: How do I change the file upload path from wp-content/
   uploads to files/ ? I remember seeing this somewhere. Was it during the WP installation?
   I can’t remember. Any help?

 * I have another question relating to this:
 * I have created a separate wordpress directory which contains wp-content, wp-admin,
   etc. I would like to bring my upload directory up to this same root level. How
   can I set the uploads to be in a higher folder?

 * How about adding ../ before the folder? As in:
 * ../upfolder
