    Hiya!
I just installed your plugin and I get a message:

NOTE: This page may be visible to the public. You may wish to change it to ‘private’ in the pages menu.

even though all the pages are private. Anyway to fix that?

    Thank you for your work!
    Troy

Can you send a link to the site?

Unfortunately, I think I’m going to have to find a different solution for tracking my time. I’m not sure if this error is related to the other error I’m getting about there being a SQL error and that I should check the logs that comes up every time I load a page. (I am also unable to create a project. It submits but does not save any new project.) Unfortunately, my host won’t allow me to access the SQL log to troubleshoot. (In the process of changing hosts, but until then, business must continue :-/ )

I wish we could troubleshoot but thank you for giving it a try and best of luck to you.

I will try to come back here and help troubleshoot if I can get migrated to another host anytime soon. I host with 1and1.com and they’ve turned out to be awful, and there’s many examples like this where I am not allowed to access any error logs or what not.

I really like the potential of your plugin, but I needed to get setup for a client this week.

    Appreciate your reply.

Please also note that the Time Tracker plugin creates its own error logs in a folder called ‘tt_logs’. It’s located one directory above your home directory. Within that folder is a sub-directory called ‘sql_log’.

So, from your home directory, the path to these logs would be:

    /../tt_logs/sql_log/sql_log_dd-mmm-yyyy.log

If you’re able to view this directory, send over the error details.

Finally, there’s a new version available which should clarify required fields and potentially avoid problems. If you haven’t used it yet I would recommend deleting the plugin completely and reinstalling the new version.
