 * It appears the timezone is locked to UTC. I would like to be able to view the
   data in my blog’s timezone (US Central). How can i do this?

    I change the timezone of WordPress configuration but on the 03:
   00am plugin starts the new day and my wordpress start day of week is sat but 
   plugin start week on sun. how to set the timezone manually ??? thanks
