    Hi,

Is there an easy way to change the word Vendor that appears throughout the plugin to something else or do we have to go into each file with the word and change it?

    Thanks!

@stitchyrocks First of all do you want to remove the Vendor word so that it won’t show on the frontend as well as backend.

If so, please be careful while removing the word “Vendor”, because this is also associated with many functions of our plugin.

That is why our team is strongly advising you not to change the words, as this would compromise the plugin, as well as the modifications, could also get lost while you update our plugin.

However, if you want to remove this, then yes, you have to go into each file and replace it.

    Hi Moumita,

Thanks for your prompt response. I just mean I want to change the word Vendor to, for example, Seller on the front-end. Our system calls vendors “sellers,” and I would rather keep this the same so it doesn’t create confusion for the internal team as well as the customers. For example, where it says “Vendor Registration”, I would like it to say “Seller Registration” instead.

    Thanks!

@stitchyrocks If you want to modify the frontend of the site, then you have to override each template file.
The file path is “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor /templates”. Please select the desirable template you want to modify.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,
    Moumita
