Change the URL of downloads

Hello,

we’re currently looking to change the url of our digital downloads. We want to do this because we want to bypass the proxy of cloudflare because cloudflare also caches our digital downloads which causes a huge problem for us.

The files will be at the same destination outsite of the webroot the only thing we would like to change is that a subdomain in our case dl.example.com is being used instead of the hostname.
We’ve contracted a developer on fiverr, but he was not a big help…
