Change the text color on the home page.

    I changed the web background in black colour and now I would like change the colour of the text to start “Welcome. Restaurateur is a new WordPress theme designed specifically for restaurants. This site itself is using a default install of the theme.”in white colour, because now it’s gray.
    Where I can change it?I look the style.css but I don’t see.
