Change the "Sitemap" title without hiding it

    Hi!

    I found that the tip regarding hiding the “Sitemap” title worked but I’d like to have it visible and call it “Posts”. The thing is that I can’t choose a post archive since I’ve disabled them so all I can choose are my main pages. So if it would be possible to add a string that renames “Sitemap” to “Posts” in the layout that would make this plugin 100% perfect.
