# Change the outer background ?

 * Any idea how to change the outer background colour without affecting the posts/
   pages? Using Hybrid Theme and not sure if this is possible in this theme..every
   change I make changes the whole page.
 * Would appreciate any help.

 * Set the background colour of the #body-container to be white, and then set the
   background colour of the body to be whatever you want.
 * You may then have to mess with the margin/padding on #body-container or one of
   more of its children to restore some white space.

 * Did I say you should use a child theme? If you don’t, you may find your customisations
   overwritten by some future theme security update.
