Hello, I have a set of shortcodes for sidecars ([xoo_wsc_cart])
I want to put the original woocommerce built-in cart page
Changed to this code so I can use

I try to create a page, put in the shortcode
But this leads to the cart button of the Header Builder, which when clicked will link to a page with a shopping cart ICON

I want to be able to open the sidebar directly on click

What should I do?
(I’m not a developer, so I’ll just use the easiest way)

This shortcode seems to be a custom made one. WooCommerce’s official short-codes can be found in this reference document: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

If you’d like to create a customized shortcode to achieve the effect you stated, then here’s a guide to creating custom shortcodes that you may find helpful.

This particular forum is for questions that are related to the WooCommerce core features. Support for custom coding is beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum, but if you can share a copy of your site’s System Status, we can take a closer look and provide guidance if possible.

Thank you for sending the System Status Report and the screenshot.

The screenshot you sent is to set the Cart page. Any page you want to set as the cart page requires the cart shortcode (woocommerce_cart) to function correctly.

If I understand your request correctly, do you want to have a sidebar cart functionality? Maybe something that looks like this?

If so, you could use the WooCommerce Blocks extension and use the Mini Cart widget, that opens the cart drawer once the customer adds a product.

You can select to display this option in the Settings menu of the widget.

You need to download and activate WooCommerce Blocks first, and then add the Mini Cart widget wherever you need it.

Also, you could take a look at the cart and checkout blocks from that extension; they are still under development , but it could be interesting to try some of their features and see if they work for you:
