Change the link for reseting password

Hi,

When a user creates a new account. An automatic email is sent to their email address. In the email it says to reset your password go to a link:..

In that link in says wp-login

Anyway to change that where I can create my own page. I dont want the users to know I’m using a wordpress plugin so I would like to take that out of the URL
