If it’s a theme from the WordPress Theme repository, you should be able to do whatever you want with it. If it’s a commercial theme, you’ll have to check the licensing. Hiding that information should be very easy. The most efficient way is to add a couple of CSS rules to hide them. If the theme has a Custom CSS option, you can do it through there, or you can use a CSS plugin like Jetpack or Custom CSS Manager. You can also make a change to the template file by first creating a child theme and making the change to the header.php file (assuming that the name and logo are in the header of the site).

@crouchingbruin could you please write me some CSS codes if You can?
Can you post a link to your site? It’s impossible to write CSS without knowing the class or ID of the elements that you are trying to affect.
OK, and exactly what do you want to hide? In the upper left corner, do you want to hide the phrase Art 1960 group Ehsan Moazeni? Or are you trying to remove the background images at the top & bottom?

Sorry for late replay
I have done that
I wanted to hide the theme name and logo (photo) in controlpanel
Thanks!
You mean in the admin dashboard? Unfortunately, since it’s a commercial theme, there’s no way for me to install it so I can examine it to give you specific instructions, but if you know how to use a web debugger like Firebug or Chrome Developer Tools, you can see which IDs or classes need to be used in your CSS. Then you can use a plugin like Custom CSS Manager, whose CSS will also be in effect for the admin dashboard, to hide the elements that you need.
For example, let’s say the logo has an ID of company-logo. Then you can write this rule:
.wp-admin #company-logo {
display: none;
}
The wp-admin class is assigned to the body element for the admin dashboard, so using it will target only elements on the dashboard.

I don’t know the answer to that problem, but you can look at this post, or look at the end of this post.
