Change the billing email address when the account email address changes

Hello,

I use the “Billing email” information for my site, I have disabled the possibility for people to put a different email billing than the account email address, but in fact when they change the account email address, it doesn’t change the “Billing email” information of the user’s old orders.
How can I make sure that when I change my email address, all the billing emails of the account’s orders are replaced by the new one ?
