Change the base url of an article? | WordPress.org

I have changed the main KB page to this: http://jonas.mahmudsajib.me/wiki/
Now when I add a new article under any category should not the url be something like: http://jonas.mahmudsajib.me/wiki/article ?
Instead I see the url as http://jonas.mahmudsajib.me/knowledge-base/article !
Is that a bug?
N.B. From configuration panel I set KB Main Page and CPT name as – wiki

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
