    How can I change the text
   on the submit button ‘Request Booking’?

 * You can change all the text in the plugin. I recommend you use a plugin like 
   Loco Translate:

 * It will give you a page in your WordPress admin area where you can translate 
   all the themes and plugins on your site.

 * Loco Translate will work for you in either case. Even if you just create a custom`
   en_US` translation (US English — the default language), it will let you modify
   any of the text in the plugins and themes on your site.
