Change text of Continue Reading

I’m using a child theme for version 1.3, and unlike version 1.2 I can’t seem to figure out how to change the text of the “… Continue Reading” link for post excerpts.

The original code used for 1.2 was creating two “Continue Reading” links. so I removed it as it is no longer necessary. But as said before, I can’t figure out how to change “Continue Reading” to say “Read More & Comments” for example.

Any help will most definitely be appreciated!
