Sure, you can change it by 2 technics
1) You can add your custom button label while create a shortcode. See below

2) Add a button label name after the end of the shortcode like this – “Custom button label name”. See below

Hi, I have an other issue : In my page, I have a [file] tag too. into File attachments field in the Mail tab panel, I put my “file” and my “multiplefile”. But there is only the ZIP of multiplefile in the e-mail I receive, my file isn’t here. thanks

Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t support the 2 different attachemnts on same email. We will fix it and let you know about the new release.
