    Hi,
    I tried to change the text in the follow email type. But it is not working. Our theme is flatsome.

    customer completed order
    customer on hold order
    customer reset password

    Could you please help me?

    Hey,
    Have you tried testing with another theme? It’s possible your theme is overriding the templates and preventing this plugin from editing them.
