Change template of email

Hi…
I want to change template for email which is sent to customer once order is complete.
It’s HTML Template. It is showing, this template has been overridden by your theme and can be found in: yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php.

So now, how I can change this template?
