Change Summary Image Automatically

    Hello the plugin works great! However for some reason everytime I have a new post I have to manually switch the options from Summary to Summary with Large Image. Is there a way to keep it with just one option and it stays like that automatically with each post?

    I have multi-editors so I need this option so that they dont have to change it everytime

    It used to be able to set it up to show Summary with Large Image automatically, but with the recent WP and plugin updates, this option has stopped working. Even though mine is set up for Large Image, I have to manually change it every time I post something new. All my past posts are set to the other option, though.
