 * Hello! First of all I want to thank for this great plugin! I need help with this
   topic:
 * The first Page of my quiz is just text and the “next” button, I would like to
   change the text on the first button to start? Is that possible? And is it possible
   to center the start button as well? Thank you all ready in advance.
