Hi, thanks for the support.
I want to change the part of *Complete the fields below to proceed.* my language is spanish so i want to put it in spanish.
also when the Business Hours is active and i want to change the section from:

Leave a message
Please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

to spanish traslate.

Hello @redcomtodoenconectividad and @xszejdi, as reported on the other thread, “Restart Chat”, “Please enter your name” and “Please enter your email address” are already added to translation files in version 8.1.7, you can see these strings in https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wp-live-chat-support/ when you choose your language.

If you are using some custom .po files, be sure to update them to get the new strings to translate.

Regarding “Leave a message” and others: you can customise all these strings in Settings -> Offline Messages.

Hi, i am using the last update add picture:

I would to have all the Chat in spanish, i upload the examples in my actual page.
Just tell me how can i dot to fix that please or if we have to wait a new udpate.

If i have custom .po file with a lot of traslated strings, how can i not lose them after replacing .po file to new one?

Hello @xszejdi and @redcomtodoenconectividad, if you already customized .po files or you plan to, you should use some tool to merge new strings to be translated into your po files. We suggest to use POEdit, it’s multi platform and very intuitive to use. Just tell POedit where plugin source code is, then click “Update from code”. You’ll see new untranslated strings. Translate, update and you’re ready to go.

It works! I had to download translation from: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wp-live-chat-support/ because after update there wasn’t new .po file and i just could see the old one, then merged two .po files to one, thanks for helping me solve the problem after one month.
