change slideshow background color and image size

    how can i change the background color of the jetpack slideshow?

    also, if I wanted – how would i change the size parameters – still would want it to resize images to fit with in those parameters –

    i notice that it has an enormous amount of boarder which could be used to display more of the images

    I was wondering how to do the same, until I realized how many slideshow plugins were available. I found one called “Slideshow” (how original), by StefanBoonstra, and its awesome! You can change the slideshow height, width, time between changes, nav options, etc. It offers 10x more customization than the jetpack slideshow does, and the interface is easy to use. To change the background color, you can customize the light or dark color settings, and there you can edit the CSS. Hope this helps!

    Using it here on my test site in color option “Light”
