    Hey @yallaishtry,

    From the looks of it, it seems like there’s some kind of caching involved.

    I’ve tested this functionality on our end and everything seems to be working nicely.

    If you have a caching plugin active, I recommend deleting the cache once you save the settings. Also, if your hosting provider has a caching layer, make sure to delete the cache.

    I can’t say if this will fix the issue, as I’m not sure why this is happening, but caching can be a cause.

    hi,

    I have found the issue reason, I’ve notice this message “Please fill in From Name.” on the top page I forgot to fill this field in “Email notification tab” and for non-understandable reason to me, your plugin decided to refuse any change i made on any other field, once I filled it “from name field” everything became good.
