Good day, I just want to ask you, how do you change the placeholder of the search box. I want to change the placeholder to “Search by name”

this is the website that I’m working on https://epienergetics.com/search-listings/
I can’t find a way to change the placeholder of the searchbox. Hope to hear from you soon thanks.

Hi,

If you want to change the content on the search, then you will need to override our Search layout. Kindly refer https://pluginsware.com/documentation/customizing-acadp-templates/

You need to override the below files,

/wp-content/plugins/advanced-classifieds-and-directory-pro/public/partials/search/acadp-public-search-form-inline-display.php
