This will require some customizations before it works like that, but I unfortunately don’t have the time for it to write out the exact code to get what you want.

But if you’re comfortable with PHP, then you will first have to create a custom template, add your custom search options. Then use the SQL filters to process the new filter data and to make sure it returns the expected results.
