  • Resolved metuckness

    Hi, I am not up on using code to change the colors of stuff (CSS?). Can someone tell me how I can change the color of the leading poll result to red?

    Right now, by default, poll results are both the same color. I would like to have it so the winning result is a different color than the other non winning results, say red for the winning result.

    Can this be done?

    Maybe future revisions can add some customization options for us dummies! 🙂

    Sorry, I am afraid you have to lean as the only way is to do it via CSS

    This is not tested How Do I Have Individual Colors For Each Poll’s Bar?

    .wp-polls-ul li:nth-child(01) .pollbar{ background: red}

    Where do I put this? Because when I go to plugins and the editor and then select the wp-poll and then the polls-css.css file it says:

    Editing wp-polls/polls-css.css (inactive)

    Why does it say (inactive)? I add the modifications, but it doesn’t change anything and that file saying inactive makes me think it is not using the polls-css.css file and I don’t see a poll-css.css file.

    I don’t use the editor for WordPress, so I can’t help you on that. I will edit the poll-css.css directly using notepad and upload it back.
