I have a form on my site for booking appointments & regardless of how I modify the notification settings the emails are always sent from the email address that is set in my Network Admin Settings => New Site Defaults => Bonus Settings => From Email. I would like for this to remain the default but on one of my sites I’d like for the emails to either 1) appear to come from the email address submitted by the user filling out the form or 2) for the reply-to email to be the email address submitted by the user. I’d like to be able to hit reply on the notification email & be able to reply to the user. The form in question is created using Gravity Forms but I believe that this is a problem caused by Multisite & not the plugin. How can I change the reply-to email on just one site?

As that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

My issue has nothing to do with the use of a commercial plugin. Not every issue that arises while using a commercial plugin is a result of the plugin. In this case the issue is my institution’s firewall/security settings. Getting in touch with Gravity Forms would not have helped me figure this out.
