Support » Plugin: IdeaPush » Change redirect after submission / submit

Currently, when I submit an idea, the page doesn’t refresh anywhere useful.

Nor does the plugin allow me to change where it sends traffic after a successful submission.

At the very least, the default should send to the Board page.

N.B. here’s a screen vid of the current process; note the near-invisible “OK” button > https://cl.ly/f4f57238a30a

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Forgive not sending this before; as requested:

    PHP Version: 7.2.13
    Wordpress Version: 5.1.1
    Plugin Version: 5.4
    Is Pro User: NO
    Current Theme: Twenty Nineteen Child

Please note that it is basically a brand new WP install. The Child Theme is actually only created so I can add a CSS code in to hide the default “Proudly…wordpress” footer. Other than that, it’s the default theme and settings.

    Hi @romeo-crow,

I think there’s something broken with your site. I am not sure what it is, but can I recommend trying a different theme and disabling any other plugins you have activated.

Everything you have been reporting has never been reported by anyone else before and a lot of people are using IdeaPush now. The default behaviour once an idea has been submitted is the board will show your submitted ideas, that way you can see your newly created idea easily. You can see the standard behaviour here: https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/ideapush-feature-requests/
