    In order for the recaptcha to be shown in Spanish, the locale of your WordPress site must be set to Spanish.

    Set the locale in your WordPress wp_config.php file using this line of code:

    define('WPLANG', 'en_GB');

    In place of ‘en_GB’ you should be your own country code which in your case would be ‘es_ES’.
