Change “Read More” To…

    I want to change “Continue Reading >>>” to say:

    Continue reading “Title”…

    Where

    Continue reading “

    and

    “…

    are NOT linked (and only TITLE is linked).

    I can’t figure out how to do this (or if it can even be done!).

    I’d like to know too. I think you have to change:

    <?php the_content(__('Read the rest of this entry &raquo;')); ?>

    but I don’t know how.
