• Hey,

How to change the /projects/ to something else, for example /services/

Or isn’t that possible? I’ve installed the link type archive plugin, but couldn’t find it so far.

And how to change the ‘projects’ on the page itself when using projects?

Also, the words Overview, Next etc. aren’t in the translation file.. where can I find them so I can edit them?

    Thanks!

    Hello!

Portfolio is introduced via plugin. Since there’s no way to safely make changes to plugins I advice against any editing. Having said that, you can edit the “slug” part (although you should not delete it entirely, this would break things). It’s located in plugins/corpo-toolkit/portfolio.php. You need to find a line where it says: ‘slug’ => ‘project’, and change to your desired name. You might need to go to Settings->Permalinks and save permalink structure.
Missing strings will be added with next theme update, so stay tuned.

Okay, it didn’t really work but doesn’t matter, I’m going to use ‘project’ instead :).

And okay, great! Do you have a changelog to upgrade the theme or? I haven’t really upgraded any themes so far, but this time I probably should. 🙂

    Thanks!

Changelog is always available in readme.txt. It won’t tell you which files exactly were changed though. But if you introduce changes via child theme, you have nothing to worry about.

Okay sure, thanks! Just wondering, is it possible to make a ‘change’ readme too or not? I’ve always wondered since that’s how it’s done with phpBB for forums. Of course no worries if it isn’t, but it would be handy :-).

    Thanks!
