Change Profile Photo Size

    Is there a way to enlarge the Profile Photo? I have tried changing every related pixel setting and it never seems to make a difference or effect the Profile Photo making it larger or smaller. I would like to make it a little larger as I am not using the Cover Photo. I Googled this issue and searched the forum but could not find anything specific about this. I am figuring changes could be made to the CSS but can find nothing on where to locate that file. All help would be appreciated.

    Update: I found where you can change the size of the Profile Photo on the Members page where it shows all members. It is set at 140px in um-members.css. But where I want to change it is on the Users page where it shows a single member. I cannot find anything in CSS about the User page and the sizing of that Profile Photo.
