Change Product URL (Cart)

    Hi,

    I’m wondering how I can change the link of the products in the cart, please see screenshot:

    The product name is indicated using a red box – clicking on this currently links to the automatically generated product page, however I am using custom pages for each product, because of this I need a way to change the URL that each product links to from the cart.

    Please can someone provide me with a solution?

    @argentumfx if you want to change link values, you’ll need to dive into the template pages. Since you’re talking about product links on the cart, you’ll need to go into the cart templates and look for where the link is being generated. Then copy the appropriate file(s) to your theme / child-theme and modify as needed.

    @anphira thanks for your suggestion.

    I have found an alternative solution that doesn’t require page/template modifications.

    Simply setting an internal permanent redirect from the product page to the custom product page was enough to enable this feature.

    Hi argentumfx,
    I am looking to do this as well.
    I want to change the image link and name of the product link to specific url.
    please see the screenshot:
