Change posts_nav_link URL path

    I would like to use the posts_nav_link for using the previous and next links outside of wordpress. The problem is the URL for the previous and next links are taking you to the location of wordpress.

    Example:
    my page is: mysite.com/mypage.php
    the url’s for the next and previous links on mypage.php is mysite.com/blog/mypage.php?paged=3

    I would like to use: mysite.com/mypage.php?paged=3

    So my question is how can I change the URL path of these functions?
