 * Is it at all possible to change this on Facebook posts to our own url? Is it 
   just a matter of upgrading to premium wordpress account? I will have no issue
   doing this when I launch if that is the case.

 * Using Publicize in Jetpack, it is not possible to change that text. You’d have
   to use a different plugin and set up your own Facebook App with your own App 
   ID and Key.
