• Is there a way to change the status of a post without going to the back end. In the features list it says “New posts status, submitted by users are configurable via admin panel”. Does this mean the WordPress back end.

I want to be able to have users submit posts from the front end with “Status Awaiting Approval” and then have a someone else review, approve, and then publish. But I don’t want to force this person to have to do that from the WordPress back end.

The concept of the plugin is to let the users to submit posts on your blog and YOU, as an admin will verify the posts from the admin panel and will change the post status to publish if you think it’s publishable.

You are admin, so you’ll do things from admin panel. I don’t see any wrong in this. At least the plugin works that way.

The suggestion from @broganm may not be suitable for this plugin’s purpose (as @tareq had pointed). But if there is a plugin for that suggestion, I would say it is perfect for document approval system. Or, as wall comment system.
    Just a thought…
