Change Post Author (Non-Admin)

Hello, I have a number of users on my site and often we need to have someone else post “as” another person. I know the admin user can modify the “Author” of a post, but can other “administrator” users not do the same thing? I’ve tried making users “administrator”, but they still do not see the option to modify the post author.

Is there something I’m missing?
