 * Hello,
 * I want to change my portfolio which is the current one in below image:

 * to be something like the one below, I want the viewer when his mouse over the
   portfolio image he can press on it and go to the page to view the work, not like
   the one I have which he must click on the link icon in order to view the work,
   Also I want some sort of CSS effect (zoom effect on the image on mouse over),
   If you can please guide me through how to do this.
 * This is the effect I want to acheive (As you can see any where you click it will
   take you to the post, plus it has the zoom effect)
