Hi,
Looking at your website I think you haven’t set up media sizes correctly on your website. Please refer to theme documentation on how to set the correct image sizes: https://webmandesign.github.io/docs/reykjavik/#image-sizes
As you can see on theme demo website at https://themedemos.webmandesign.eu/reykjavik/blog/ the blog images are large enough.
