Did you try after disabling all other plugins? Some other plugin might be conflicting.

Hello MyThemeShop I am having the same problem as the user above and I have also disabled all other plugins.
The exact error that I am having is that I can select the image that I would like to upload, and upon pressing the “Insert into Post” button I get a blank white screen (as it if were uploading the photo) however after 30mins of waiting I noticed that white screen is just idle. I have tried this method with the Multi-file uploader as well as the Manual file uploader.
Any suggestions??
Hi Dorismrd,
When selecting the image, please make sure that the image URL is present in the Link URL field (before clicking on the Insert into Post button). Click on the File URL button there to automatically insert the image URL in the field.
